Most of the characters in the show are extracted from famous fairytales by the Brothers Grimm and Hans Christian Andersen literature. For example, Snow White, Prince Charming, and many more. There was also a spinoff series, called Once Upon a Time in Wonderland. It is only 13 episodes, with the title character of the 1865 novel Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland.

This American family drama television series centers on the Walker family and their lives in Los Angeles and Pasadena, California. The show aired for five seasons on ABC from 2006 to 2011.

How To Get Away With Murder
Speaking of mystery series, you cannot ignore How to Get Away With Murder. The American legal thriller series premiered on ABC in 2014 and lasted until May 2020.
Viola Davis stars as the main character, Annalise Keating. She is a law professor at a prestigious university who with five of her students, becomes entwined in a murder plot. The ensemble cast includes Alfred Enoch, Jack Falahee, Matt McGorry, Karla Souza, and many more.
For the performance in the show, Davis became the first black woman to win Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series. She also won two Screen Actors Guild Award trophies. Davis was nominated for a Golden Globe award as well.
Nikita
The American action thriller drama aired on The CW network from 2010 to 2013. It is an adaptation of the French film by Luc Besson, La Femme Nikita. It is the second adaptation following the 1997 TV series La Femme Nikita.
Maggie Q plays the titular character, Nikita. She is a woman who escaped from a secret government-funded organization known as Division. After three years in hiding, she is back to bring down the organization.
Devious Maids
The American comedy-drama and mystery series was created by Marc Cherry. It ran for four seasons from June 2013 to August 2016. The show is set in Beverly Hills, California. It follows the lives of four Latina maids working for the wealthiest and most powerful families.
The ensemble cast includes Ana Ortiz, Dania Ramirez, Rosie Falta, Roselyn Sanchez, and Judy Reyes.
Ringer
The American thriller crime drama television series aired on the CW network from September 2011 to April 2012. While its life was short, the show received critical acclaim for the performance of Sarah Michelle Gellar.
She played the twin sisters Bridget Kelly and Siobhan Martin. After one season, CW canceled the series because of low ratings.
Desperate Housewives

Quantico
The American thriller drama series aired on the American Broadcasting Company from September 2015 to August 2018.
During the three seasons, the show followed the main character Alex Parrish played by Priyanka Chopra. She joins the FBI after graduating from the FBI Academy and becomes a prime suspect in a terrorist attack on Grand Central Terminal.
In the first and a half seasons, Quantico had two timelines, one in the present, and one in the past when Parrish where she and fellow recruits train at the academy.
The show received positive reviews, especially for Chopra’s performance. It made her the first South Asian to win a People’s Choice Award.
